The future of Field Service

You find hereafter my latest "Impusle presentation" on the future of field service — as a starting point for a workshop between one of Europe’s leading consulting firms and a global technology leader in electrification and automation, featuring that company's senior leaders across Customer Support, Product Development, and Data Management. We had a very interesting, highly engaged, highly concrete exchange afterwards… and as I felt: very honest. 👉 It told me that the message landed.

As you will see in the file, I deliberately challenged the status quo. Some elements of the vision were clearly disruptive — pushing towards autonomous, self-optimizing service ecosystems, AI-driven decision loops, and a shift from “repairing” to “healing” assets.

But here’s the key point: Not everything I presented is futuristic.

A significant part is already technically feasible today.
